Meals on Wheels
Past President Rachael Watson overseeing our Meals on Wheels route this year. Our route is every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. We have nice residences on our route and are looking for Rotarians that can donate an hour of their time on a Wednesday to help get those meals delivered. Tarrant Area Food Bank
Past President Peggy Hutton is overseeing Rotary serving at the Tarrant Area Food Bank. The new building is off I-20 near Canyon West Golf Course. We will be on the schedule for this service project every third Thursday of each month from 5:30 – 7:00.
This is a volunteer opportunity for your entire family, including children. We will give groceries to customers as they drive through the serving line. It’s easy and a way to help those in need. You can learn a little more about TAFBW by visiting their website: https://tafb.org/west/.
We will need several Rotarians present when we are scheduled to serve, so please do your best to help when your schedule permits.
